Version 16?! WHAT?!

Well, It has come to my attention that version 16 is going to be out in beta sometime this year.
Version 16, from what Flyffworld.com has said is going to be the turning stone of FlyFF. With New monsters, an auction house, New Weapons, New Jobs, New Job Skills!
I won't get into too much detail, because I believe Gpotato wants to keep it a secrete until the BETA is released!
According to Flyffworld, The Korean Beta release (In Korea) Is Scheduled to launch on the 11th of August, 2010. So in three days.
Weather you believe in this or not. The Korean FlyFF will always be further along in their game then any other version of FlyFF. (C-FlyFF excluded of course)
This is because all FlyFF versions weather it be the German FlyFF, Us FlyFF (A.k.a eFlyFF) Or the Japanese version, Get their files for the newer versions and major patches from the Korean FlyFF team!

I only hope that with the upcoming version, Gpotato and GALA-labs, decide to do something great. Something no one would ever think of.

The Masters journey. Possible?

Some of you may know that there is an event going one RIGHT NOW!, Every ten levels you get a prize in the mail. For more information please go Here For more info.
But that's not what I want to talk about.
The Flyff Game Masters, or who ever it was who came up with this event, Seem to think that leveling isn't hard. Sure, people can get to level 60 in a few days, But Getting level 100 or higher in a month is ridiculous! I personally have never gotten past level 61, But thats not the point!
Leveling up should be about the game, not the event. Yes, I'm taking part in this event, because I have to. My character is a new one. I didn't even know about the event till si seen it announced. But again, not the point.

My point is, If you need an event to motivate you to level a new character, Or make a new character just for the prizes, You don't know the true FlyFF. FlyFF is about having fun with your friends, doing insane dungeons, Forming a guild! Basically, just having FUN!
I end this chapter in my blog, with a simple statement.
FlyFF Was my first MMORPG. And will always be. But things change.

FlyFF, A new begining! ~~~ Guide for Beginners&Penya!

I'm sure the majority of yo who read this post are not really new, But thins can help on your new characters too!

This will be a guide for the beginner (Level 1-15), Which will discuss, Quests, Leveling strategies, and overall, PENYA!! Will you be the one to be the Uber Noob?

Okay, Lets start off by logging in. Simple as that.

Once you log in, Theres a tiny penguin in the bottom right corner... Annoying as he is, He is VERY helpful! This little fells will teach you about moving, hotkeys, and chat commands! but not only that. but he gives you access tot he best quest for that level! Complete his tutorial, then go speak with (General) Lui. Next head over to Boboko, Boboku, and Luda, They all have small quests for you.

Attacking monsters is the keystone of FlyFF. Without it, you wouldn't be able to level. But with attacking monsters, comes death. But we'll get into that later.
For right now, you only need to kill the Cute, harmless, monsters (Or Masquerpets) Knows as Aibatts. Slay 15 of these and return to Luda!
Now! Do not level past level six, or you won't get the next part!
This part is the best part of the quest. Luda wants you go slay 15 Small Mushpangs, and 15 Normal Mushpangs.
You're probably thinking, Thats a lot to kill at level 4.  On the contrary, because at level 60, you'll be killing a TON more. Just stick with it and kill them!
Once you've slain them, Return to Luda for your reward! 10,000 penya, and 25% of your exp (At level 4)

Now, it's your job to get to level 15! Yes there are some quests, but only one is really worth doing.

Between the levels of 5-10. There will be a quest at Loyah, she wants you to find her dog Yorrn. Now to be honest, when i first did this quest, it was right where the Giant Lawolf was, so I was trying to kill the Giant, thinking it would drop the quest item... That didn't end well! I sooner found out that it just drops in that vicinity, so keep you eye out for it. Once you've found Yorrn, Go back to Loyah, She will pay you a hefty, 15,000 Penya!

Now, you're probably confused on where to go now to just train to level 15. Well. Flyff is a small continent. You can basically go north to get to higher and higher mobs. Between the level 5-8, I suggest you Slay the Demain's, Once you get to 8-13, Go north to find Lawolfs. At level 13-15 Slay, both the FerFerns, and Nyangnyangs, to get to level 15!

Now that you're level 15 with a new fancy job! Go to Saint Morning, by Blinkwing (From the magic shop in east Flarine) Find a lady named JeongHwa, She will tell you to go find Mayun. (He's in the pumpkin village! be careful of the Aggravated monsters!) Just for finding him you get a hefty, 20,000 penya!

So that was my little guide on levels 1-15... Although, I don't really go into details about leveling. just the quests, and penya.
